Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.
~ Dr. Seuss
Are you confident in yourself? In your abilities? In your challenges as much as your strengths?
You are the master of yourself. Who you are and all that you are capable of achieving comes down to knowing your areas of strength and areas of weakness and knowing how to access and use the resources available to you to keep growing and moving forward.
In this final activity for Unit One, you will create an avatar profile that you will use and develop through the rest of this course. An Avatar is a digital representation of you and your character traits. You may have already created one for a video game you play, or an online emoji you share with friends. You can use these or create a new one and add to the avatar to represent yourself. This profile will ask you to be honest with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses and will help you master your abilities as a learner.
You will build an avatar and a profile that represents you as a learner. It will develop just as you do throughout the course.

Decide on a title to elevate your name (Wizard/Empress/King/Queen/Sir). For example, I am really good at and enjoy making pizza. I am Master Pizza Chef Robin!

One photo should be a place that relaxes you and one should be something that makes you happy. You may use a photo you have taken yourself, or one you find online.

What does Super You need to avoid or look out for to maintain strengths and continue growing?
We all have areas that can bring us down, whether it be negative friends, stress, cell phones, not doing homework, or working too much.
Select and add images to represent at least 3 pitfalls or factors that could have a negative impact on Super You. For each image, provide an explanation.
We all need people, places or services to support us in our everyday lives. Many of us rely on our close friends to confide in, or our teachers to support us with learning in the classroom, or our family doctor to help us when we are feeling stressed.
Identify 3 people or services you can access for support. Add an image that represents each support or service. Explain how these can help you.
Now to build your Avatar.
Choose two props or accessories that represent your hobbies or interests. For example, you can choose knitting needles and a walking stick. Explain your choices.
